SHIPPING AND RETURNS

All UK orders will be sent within 48 hours of purchase. Our couriers will aim to deliver in two to three working days, including Saturdays. If you have not recieved your order within 10 days please contact us via email (askersstudios@gmail.com), so we can look into this for you.

SHIPPING POLICY (OUTSIDE OF UK)

All international orders will be sent within 48 hours of purchase. For orders from outside the UK, delivery times are longer and can be between 10 to 20 working days. If you have not recieved your order within 20 working days, please contact us via email (askersstudios@gmail.com).

The buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees that come with international shipments. These charges will vary depending on the destination country.
